Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“these Terms”) are entered into between users who use TripClicker (“the Software”) (“Users”) and Tripped, the developer of the Software (“I”), and define their relationship and related matters.

(A)
1. The Software is provided as is.  
2. I make no warranties regarding the accuracy, safety, effectiveness, reliability, or any other aspects of the Software.  
3. Use of the Software is at the User’s own risk, and I shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses arising from its use.

(B)
1. The Software is developed and provided for educational, learning, and other legitimate purposes. Users must use it in accordance with these purposes.  
2. Use of the Software for cheating or other fraudulent acts, or in any manner that lacks social norms, common sense, or appropriateness, is not permitted. Users must comply with this policy.  
3. I do not encourage fraudulent acts, do not permit the acquisition of unfair advantages within games, and condemn such behavior.

(C)
1. The Software may be used free of charge.  
2. No restrictions are imposed on the use of the Software, whether for commercial business purposes or for non-commercial, personal, or academic use.  
3. Unauthorized redistribution of the Software is prohibited.  
4. When distributing videos or similar content using the Software, the official Software website (https://tripclicker.xyz) must, insofar as possible, be clearly indicated by some means. However, this requirement does not apply if the User wishes to conceal the use of the Software.

(D)
1. The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.  
2. Any litigation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court of Japan as the court of first instance.  
3. Users agree in advance not to file lawsuits outside Japan.

(E)
1. Even if any part of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court or similar authority, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
